Catering Team Members

Lindsey Schallhorn – Event Coordinator.  Lindsey has had a long and illustrious career in food service, retail sales and marketing.  Unlike many salespeople Lindsey truly cares about her clients.  She goes out of her way each and every day to make sure each catering client is taken care of beyond expectation and that each event is executed flawlessly.  This is easily demonstrated by her repeat portfolio with Destin’s best wedding planners as well as business and military leaders in the area.  

Pierce Malone – Executive Chef.  Pierce is what you envision when you think about what an Executive Chef should be.  He is driven to create incredible dishes that exceed expectations both visually and from the all important perspective of taste.  His mastery of sauces and garnishes is exceptional and his creativity is beyond imagination.  Most important – Pierce lives to cook and takes great pride in making his customers smile with his creations.  

Chester Kroeger – Chef and Owner.  Chester started cooking for his family when he was just 4 years old.  Despite graduating with a Masters Degree in Public Administration, his passion for great food and fun led him to pursue a career in the food industry.   Over the last 36 years he developed a number of restaurant concepts – most notably, the world famous Fudpucker’s Restaurant in Destin, Florida.  Chester lives to please his customers and his creativity and passion is unparalleled in the industry.
